From 4th May, Danny Maddock no longer had to trudge through wind and rain to arrive at his stylish Emergent Crown desk with overflowing inbox and ringing telephone; as unfortunately he has left Emergent Crown for a new challenge within the timber sales sector.
Danny and his future wife intend to move to the York area after their wedding in August, making the commute to Halifax not a viable option. Since Danny joined Emergent Crown over 9 years ago, he has been an intrinsic part of the Purchasing Team; always trying to obtain that slightly better pricing and asking you to meet those very challenging delivery deadlines. Danny's unrivalled product knowledge combined with great sense of humour will mean he will be greatly missed by both Emergent Crown and Suppliers alike.
