I am certain that everyone of us is aware of the impact and development of the Covid-19 virus which has now become a worldwide concern.
At Emergent Crown, we are taking the risk and potential implications seriously, for now and the foreseeable future. A team of Emergent Crown Directors and Heads of Department have determined the potential risks and implication to our Service provision we provide to our Customers, as the inevitable developments occur over the coming days and weeks.
Our team meets every day to review and renew necessary actions to the business as required in this constantly changing situation develops.
At this present time, we can confirm that Emergent Crown are internally at a heightened course for action regarding hygiene procedure and we are referring to and following government advice on a daily basis, updating our employees as necessary. Although we will be introducing additional measures where our employees visit external sites and perhaps your own sites, we have not as yet taken the steps of prohibiting external site visits and as we issue this communication we are very much adopting a stance of business as usual with increased precautions and awareness of risk.
It will be our intention to communicate to our customer base every two days with updates to our procedures and we aware that some customers are keen to know what contingency plans will be in place to ensure continuation of service. In respect of that, it goes without saying that as a service provider we are operating within a labour driven environment and therefore in the short term we will be developing contingency plans as part of our operational discussions.
